We built Grace Secondary school in the Nuba Mountains in 2010. It was a full complex of school building with 480 students studying there, along with teachers and support staff.
In 2016 the Northern Sudan government came into the Nuba Mountains, under instruction of the President to clear the area.
Note* President Bashir is wanted by the ICC for War Crimes. After repeated arrest warrants, he has not answered these charges. https://www.icc-cpi.int/darfur/albashir
